A great part of this fee will go into the United Cultures Resources Economic Investment Bank of United Cultures to stimulate project and events among the world. Of course these projects contain goals and opportunities to create changes, to mix cultures, to harmonize differences and together move toward a global understanding. For this fund there will be a separate document and budget plan.
